MatchPort b-g® loses WiFi connection at high ambient temperatures
MatchPort b-g® loses WiFi connection at high ambient temperatures
The MatchPort b/g loses the WiFi connection when running at the highest clock speed and close to the max specified ambient temperature. What is s causing that and how can I prevent that from happening.
The MatchPort WiFi radio and the DSTNi-EX processor communicate with each other using the internal SPI-bus. Slowing down the SPI clock in firmware version V6.9.0.5 resolves this issue.
Please check if your MatchPort b/g is running the latest firmware. If you are not running the latest firmware then upgrade to the latest firmware version 6.9.0.5 or higher.
