IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SLB884-01 MODELS
SLB884-01 models must be dual boot bank. To determine if your current unit has dual boot banks, click on the link in the next paragraph related to updating to v5.2a.
Along with being dual boot, SLB884-01 models must be running firmware version v5.4 before applying the v6.1.0.0 patch. If your SLB884-01 is running firmware older than v5.2a, you must update it to v5.2a prior to updating it to v5.4. Click Here for instructions on updating it to v5.2a.
In addition, both banks must be running 5.4. If the current bank is running 5.4 and the inactive bank is running an older version, you will need to perform a Copy Contents under the Maintenance>Firmware/Config page or use the CLI command "admin firmware copybank".
If your SLB884-01 models are not dual boot bank it cannot be upgraded to v6.x firmware.
Once your SLB884-01 is updated to, or if it is already running v5.2a or higher, but lower than v5.4, use the links below to obtain the patch to update the unit to v5.4.
