LPM will not start in Fedora and Ubuntu
LPM will not start in Fedora and Ubuntu
I unzipped the LPM binary and tried to run it, but nothing came up.
This is usually caused by missing dependencies. The missing files are different for Fedora and Ubuntu.
For Fedora, from a terminal prompt, enter the command:
pkcon install libXScrnSaver
For Ubuntu, use the command:
apt install libgconf-2-4
Installing the above applications on the respective versions of Linux will install the missing libraries.
