What is the latest version of Spider (SLS200USB0-01 and SLSLP400USB-01 series) firmware and the SpiderView software?
If you are running firmware earlier than v2.2 and/or if you are using SpiderView, see Note 1 and Note 2 below:
The latest version of the Spider (SLS200USB0-01 and SLSLP400USB-01 series) is v4.3.4
The latest version of SpiderView is v2.0.0R10
NOTE - The KVM Console will not work fully with Java 9 or 10. To maintain functionality, stay with Java 8.
