Spider and Spider Duo Supported Resolutions
I am unable to see the KVM console window in my Spider. When attempting to launch the window I get a black screen.
The Spider and Spider Duo can only recieve and interpret the video signal being output by the computer the Spider is attached to. There is no option in the Spider to change the resolution that is being displayed. Therefore, the computer output should be in the supported resolutions Below is a table showing the supported resolutions and Hz.
Note: The Spider and Spider Duo devices do not support Wide screen format.
