Using UDP Configuration In CoBos Products To Reply To The Last Host Requesting Data

How Do I Configure UDP In My CoBos Product To Reply To The Last Host Requesting Data?

To configure the CoBos product for using UDP in this scenario, connect the correct type of serial cable (either modem or null modem) from a com port on your PC to the serial port on the CoBos product. See the serial pinout information in the User Guide to determine if you need a modem cable or a null modem cable for your specific CoBos product.

Set your emulation port settings to 9600, 8 data bits, no parity, one stop bit & no flow control.

Once the emulation session is started, power cycle the CoBos product while holding the "x" key (lower case) on your keyboard. When you see the information about the product hit enter key to access the menu. Do this within 3 seconds or it will time out and your will need to repeat the process.

You will be prompted with the menu selections.
