How far from the edge of the XPort are the I/O pins (pins 1 & 8)?

The pins are centered with respect to the XPort. So, the spacing of holes 1 and 8 from their closest respective edges are 0.5*(16.25 - 3*2.54 - 1.27) = 3.68mm
