What is the latest version of Spider firmware and the SpiderView software?
If you are running firmware earlier than v2.2 and/or if you are using SpiderView, see Note 1 and Note 2 below:
The latest version of the Spider firmware is v4.2
The latest version of SpiderView is v1.5.13
NOTE - The KVM Console will not work fully with Java 9 or 10. To maintain functionality, stay with Java 8.
