Submit an RMA Request by logging into our Technical Support portal accessible from the Help Tickets link under the Get Support page on Lantronix.com (https://www.lantronix.com/technical-support/ ). If you have not logged in before, you will need to signup for an account with your email address.
Enter "Bootloader RMA" in the "Subject" and select your bricked device from the drop-down list for Product ID.
Fill in the other fields, upload the filled-in RMA Form to the ticket, and then click on the button “Send”
