We are sorry to hear you bricked your Open-Q SOM board. It happens to the best of us.
If your Open-Q SOM board does not enter fast boot, then most likely its bootloader is corrupted. Re-flashing the bootloader may be able to revive the board. Unfortunately, you can't re-flash your bootloader on your own since the process requires some Qualcomm proprietary tools. The tools are proprietary because the Snapdragon processor security requirements allow only a trusted source to re-flash the bootloader.
