UDS1100, Xport, xDirect web pages shows "Undefined"
I have a UDS1100 and when I get to the web page many of the fields are Undefined or NaN how can I fix this?
You are seeing a Web incompatibility issue with your browser. This still is true if you are using Device Installer as the web browser in that is using your default web browser.
Internet Explorer is the only browser that has compatibility view options so to view the web page correctly you need to add the IP address to the compatibility list.
Open up Internet Explorer and go to the Menu Bar and select Tools.
Note: if the menu bar is not showing to add right click below the URL bar (where you type http) and put a check next to Menu bar.
At Tools click on Compatibility view which opens up the window below. If the IP is not already in the line add it and then click the add button. Close out and go back to the web page everything should be clear and readable again.
