I upgraded my legacy Lantronix Print Server to the latest firmware release, and now when I log into the web manager I am asked for both a username and password. Previous versions of firmware did not require a username. What username should I use?

On a legacy Lantronix Print Server, e.g. print servers with parallel and/or serial ports, if you are prompted for a username and password to open the home page of the web manager use the username LOGIN. The default Login password is ACCESS.

To open configuration pages from the home page use the username ROOT. The default password is SYSTEM.

The login and privileged usernames are not configurable, they will always be LOGIN and ROOT.

If either the login password or the privileged password has been changed you must use the new password.
