My printer is on the xPrintServer's supported printers list and after discovery is completed the Auto-Discovery report says my printer is detected but is never added the printer list. How can I resolve this?

When the xPrintServer detects a printer it then attempts to match it up with a printer of the same name on our supported printers list, if the name broadcast is not an exact match the xPrintServer will not provision the printer.

There can be several reasons why the name may not come across as an exact match. The easiest solution is to add the printer manually using the xPrintServer's manually add process.
