Webpages Missing Left and Right Sides when Printing through xPrintServer

Why are my webpages missing the left and right sides when printing through the xPrintServer?


During testing, we have found some printed webpages that were missing the left, or right, or both sides.  This appears similar to the way a text document might have parts of it missing when printed beyond the bounds of a set margin.  See sample images below:

This issue has been determined to be due to the way Safari browser renders the webpage for printing.  Older versions of Safari (eg. Default Safari browser versions that come with iOS earlier than version 5) have been observed to have this behavior.  Tests using default Safari on iOS v5.0.1 render webpages properly for printing.  Consult the Apple app store to find a more current version of Safari browser app that will render webpages correctly for printing
