All qualified Lantronix customers who have purchased SoMs and development kits from Lantronix can get access to these resources by following these steps :
Register and create an account on this support portal https://tech.intrinsyc.com/ .
Fill out the form for the registration then submit it.
Lantronix Technical Support will check the provided SN of the SOM on the DevKit or HDK and will approve the access to the (BSP, Jflash, Documents) if available.
Note: The resources of some products are available through https://createpoint.qti.qualcomm.com directly, under NDA. Contact your Qualcomm’s Sales representative to get these documents.
